We got together with friends to celebrate Dr. Seuss's birthday, starting with some red and white striped snacks, like his famous cat's trademark hat! Jello with whipped cream-

Then the kids decorated their own cupcakes-
to look like Thing 1 & Thing 2
They made Thing 1 & Thing 2 hand prints too, so cute!
