Family Day

We only get about one family day a month since Matt works during the week and I work almost every weekend, but when we do have a day off together we try hard to make the most of it.
We just had a great family day a couple of weeks ago, I got one day off work in the middle of 3 12-hour shifts, so we celebrated! Breakfast at our favorite place, Iowa River Power Company


Then time at the park! We've taken a break from the park the past couple months because it's just been too hot, but we've made up for it the past few weeks with this beautiful weather!
Claire is all over the place at the park now, she has a blast running around, swinging, playing in the wood chips, you name it! She could play there for hours!



The slides were a huge hit, Claire has a smile plastered on her face the whole time!



Claire made it up the rock wall with a little help too, she is such a monkey!












What a wonderful way to spend a day!!
