Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss

Yesterday was Dr. Seuss's birthday, and so to celebrate we had Seussy lunch.  First Dr. Seuss hat pancakes.

Layers of pancakes, whipped cream, and strawberries to make a hat!

See - if you use your imagination, it looks just like that trademark red and white stripped hat!

Hannah thought they were delish with a little ketchup!

Claire just played since she's anti-food at the moment, but she did wear some red and white stripes in honor of the Dr.

We also made handprint fish - like the one from The Cat in the Hat!
